Buffalo Wings

Now it is time for chicken! But wait, I think you wrote buffalo in the title? Buffalo wings is an American dish which served deep fried chicken wings then coated in a special sauce made from vinegar-based cayenne pepper hot sauce and melted butter. It already sound mouth-watering to me! For a spicy food lover, this dish could be a soul food for them!

Buffalo wings was born in the 1964, invented by the owner of a small restaurant in Buffalo, New York named Teressa Bellissimo. This is the origin of the dish name.

\Buffalo wings can be too spicy for some people, in order to balance the spiciness, you can add a little bit of honey to the sauce before serve it. In fact, it will makes the dish become more delicious and edible for the kids.

In the US, people serve buffalo wings with ranch which is a dressing sauce made from combination of buttermilk, salt, garlic, onion, mustard, herb, and spices mixed into mayonnaise.

When it comes to western food, burgers and fries are the most significant one. Even you are from Asia, or Middle East, you still will know or have tried burgers and fries in your life. Burger is  a flat round cake of minced beef that is fried or grilled and typically served in a bread roll. Burger is originally from the US which makes it the most authentic western dish ever. Today's, people verify the recipe by adding more ingredients and more. For example, in Malaysia we have a burger called Benjo. Benjo is a burger which does not served beef, instead they served eggs as the main ingredient of it. The price is cheaper than the normal burger. For those people who doesnt eat beef or meat, this can be a perfect choice for them.  Malaysian Benjo People in Malaysia usually buy their street burger at a small stall near the street. Even though burgers originally from the US, people here in Malaysia loves to eat them as their daily dish. Plus the price are not too expensive.
