I am starting this blog to show my food journey with yalls!Food is everything right? I have always loved to try out new food all around the world especially western food. I bet people throughout the world have tried western food even once in their lifetime. There are so many types of food in this world from Chinese to Indian food. But i choose to do Western because, who doesnt love western food right?

For example, burgers and fries! Burger and fries probably the most significant dish from the westerners. And every single human on this earth has try them, believe it or not.The reason why i choose this topic is because, today's food is a thing which connect people around the globe. Pictures of food being posted everywhere in social media and people seem to like it very much. Moreover, with food also, people can particularly know the culture. For example where the food originally come from and etc.

You are craving for something sweet and also eager to eat something crispy and tender? I have a solution for you! Go and grab a set of  Chicken and Waffles!! Wait you never heard of them? In Malaysia, we don't really familiar with this dish unless you are a really Western food lover. Authentic Chicken and Waffles Chicken and Waffles originally come from America which combining chicken and waffles as the main ingredients for the dish. It is a part if culinary tradition and also being called as soul food for Americans. Usually chicken and waffles are being served with butter or syrup on top of the waffles. Burgers

When it comes to western food, burgers and fries are the most significant one. Even you are from Asia, or Middle East, you still will know or have tried burgers and fries in your life. Burger is  a flat round cake of minced beef that is fried or grilled and typically served in a bread roll. Burger is originally from the US which makes it the most authentic western dish ever. Today's, people verify the recipe by adding more ingredients and more. For example, in Malaysia we have a burger called Benjo. Benjo is a burger which does not served beef, instead they served eggs as the main ingredient of it. The price is cheaper than the normal burger. For those people who doesnt eat beef or meat, this can be a perfect choice for them.  Malaysian Benjo People in Malaysia usually buy their street burger at a small stall near the street. Even though burgers originally from the US, people here in Malaysia loves to eat them as their daily dish. Plus the price are not too expensive.
